Annual Maintenance Cover:

We offer competitive and wide-ranging cover for all the equipment and components we provide for your business, on top of their standard 12-month warranty. This cover can be tailored to your specific requirements, with the details of cover and exclusions clearly stated in your contract. Our cover includes:

Fast response:

We will always respond within eight working hours to any report of an equipment or component fault.

Hardware:

We’ll replace equipment with like-for-like loan equipment if we’re unable to effect repairs on site. We’ll also contact relevant manufacturers to arrange repair or return of goods where necessary.

Components:

Any installation components that fail or are damaged will be repaired.

Wear and tear / third-party damage:

We can respond to damage deemed to be wear and tear, or caused by a third party, for an additional charge.

Consultancy:

Every working environment is different, so every infrastructure or audio visual set-up needs its own approach. That’s why we offer expert consultancy services, so that you can make informed decisions about your requirements and get the solution that’s ideal for you.

Our highly experienced, fully qualified consultants can take a range of factors into consideration, including screen sizes and position, your room design and building architecture, power and energy consumption, acoustic performance, comms room design and much more.

Our consultancy is available either as a stand-alone service, or as part of a full design, build and aftercare programme.

Installation:

All the planning and designing in the world isn’t much use without a professional, meticulous installation of your new equipment.

All our installation engineers are trained and qualified through the CSCS, PASMA and CHAS schemes, with safety at the forefront of everything we do. We can oversee every element of installation, including contact with relevant third parties like architects, consultants and contractors. Our service also includes a commissioning handover at the end of installation, long with training and OEM manuals to keep you informed on the capabilities of your purchases.

Support:

We know that when systems fail, the impact on business can be severe and immediate. It’s therefore critical to restore full functionality quickly, and our support services are there to help make this happen.

We provide technical support, both remotely or on-site, during normal working hours and always do our best to effect fast, effective solutions to problems as and when they arise. We can also provide maintenance agreements, guaranteeing you the right support that’s specific to your business and equipment.
