The history, quality and safety of the business networking experts
Voicepath
Who we are and what we do
Brothers Jonathan and David Sale created Voicepath in 1997 with the aim of bringing all their experience in telecoms, data cabling and fibre installation together into a complete package for customers.
Voicepath’s success has been built on customers’ demand for a quality service provider delivering communication and audio-visual solutions that are effective, reliable, up-to-date and interconnected.
As a result, we’re proud to have built a strong base of regular clients on ongoing contracts, with customers ranging across large corporates, SMEs, education bodies, local authorities, NHS trusts, hotels, airports and more.
Quality, qualified
Every single product or service that we provide is of the highest quality, fit for the rapidly evolving landscapes of technology and of the modern business world.
The products we supply and install are carefully chosen to meet our high standards of reliability and ease of use, and to ensure they’re capable of meeting ever-increasing data communication and transmission requirements.
Our installation services are carried out by experienced, trained engineers hold CSCS / ECS cards relevant to their work. We continually invest in state-of-the-art testing equipment so that they can verify the networks they install function fully. Additionally, all our network installations are designed by Registered Cabling Distribution Designers to guarantee high standards.
We always look for ways to adapt to changing standards and advancing technology, and hold ISO9001 registration for Quality Administration and Management. We are also corporate members of the BICSI Telecommunication Association, the Fibreoptic Industry Association and the British Standards Institute.
Health and safety
We take the health and safety of our customers and staff extremely seriously. We continually provide safe and healthy working conditions, systems and equipment for all of our employees, along with ongoing information, training and supervision.
Every year, we are professionally audited to ensure our compliance with the core criteria of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) and with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. This is to give our customers maximum confidence in the quality and professionalism of our work.
More specifically, our teams are also trained for:
Asbestos Awareness
Environmental Awareness
Emergency First Aid at Work
Manual Handling
Working at Height
Supervisors are certified for Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and our health and safety commitments are overseen by internal and external health and safety officers, both IOSH Managing Safely certified.
We are highly aware of our environmental impact, not only of the work that we do, but of the operation of the networks and equipment that we install. That’s why we are committed to reducing this impact where possible, working with our suppliers and customers to supply more low-carbon solutions within networks.
