For many, working from home hasn’t been all its cracked up to be. You’ve lost that sweet, dual display monitor set up, people can hear your children/dog/cat/partner/mother/amazon delivery in the background of your calls, connecting anything is clunky without the gadget draw in the office, the connection is terrible and as for video calling… you’d rather stick to the phone.
IT directors are being inundated with calls, daily, to try and improve the homeworking conditions for colleagues unable to enter the office. At Voicepath, we have been working closely with our clients to come up with some smart improvements that have made a big change; In this short series, we talk about the performance of this technology.
